For items available in our inventory, the total delivery period typically spans approximately 15 days. In cases where items are not currently in stock, the total delivery duration extends to about 60 days. However, please note that specific delivery times may fluctuate based on holidays and your residential address.

Our complimentary shipping service includes what is commonly referred to as "curbside delivery." This entails the freight company unloading the boxes either onto your driveway or directly in front of your property. While they may consider placing the boxes in your garage if your driveway is clear and easily accessible, this is at their discretion. Please be aware that additional shipping charges may apply if you reside in a remote location. If you live in an apartment building or condominium, you will be responsible for transporting the boxes up the elevator to your apartment.

If your order includes items that are in stock, we'll notify you via email once they've been shipped from our warehouse. Upon reaching the transfer site, the truck driver will reach out to you by phone to arrange for receipt.For products that aren't currently in stock, we'll first ship them from the factory to our warehouse. Please note that you won't be able to track the logistics during this initial phase. Once the sauna leaves our warehouse, we'll send you an email notification, and it will soon arrive at the transfer site. At this point, the truck driver will contact you by phone to coordinate receipt.If you're in a rush or have any questions about the status of your shipment, feel free to reach out to us via email or text message.

Depending on the size and type of sauna you intend to purchase, varying electrical specifications will be necessary.For a traditional sauna model, it's essential to have a 220v socket with a 40-amp capacity prepared in advance. All our traditional sauna heaters/steamers are hardwired and must be directly connected to the electrical line.For an infrared sauna, you'll need to prepare a 220v hardwired breaker with a 20-amp capacity in advance.Opting for a dual-system model requires a 220v socket with a 30-amp capacity prepared in advance.These specifications serve as general guidelines, as the specific power requirements may differ for each sauna. To obtain the accurate amperage for your sauna, divide its power rating by the voltage to determine the current value for the circuit breaker.

Yes, the porch will occupy the size of the internal space of the sauna. For the same size sauna, the internal space of the sauna with a porch will be smaller than that of the sauna without a porch.

Let us know that you'll need installation assistance, and we'll arrange an appointment with the installation company for you.If you're planning to install the sauna yourself, simply email or call us upon receiving your sauna (be sure to include your order number). We'll promptly send you the appropriate installation guide or video to help you with the process.
