Warranty Information

Sauna 2-Year Limited Warranty
Our saunas come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, including issues with the wood. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse or negligence. Shipping damage is also covered, provided it is reported immediately upon delivery.

Lighting Warranty
Sauna lighting is covered by a 1-year warranty. 

Heater Limited Warranty
Harvia Electric Heater: 1-year warranty on heating elements; 5-year warranty on all other components.

The warranty is void if:

• The sauna or its components are modified in any way.
• The product is not installed according to the provided instructions.
• Damage results from misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
