Shipping From: We have warehouses in the west and east of the United States.

According to your address, choose the warehouse for delivery.

Shipping Method: Free Shipping

Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days

Production Time: 20-25 business days

Delivery Time: 20-35 business days

Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping is available within the 48 contiguous United States.

Curbside Delivery: Your sauna will be delivered curbside, meaning the driver will unload it at the curb or the entrance to your driveway.

Shipping Methods: Saunas are shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers.

Custom Quotes: For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please email  info@thermaluxstudio.com for a personalized quote.

Delivery Notifications: You’ll receive a shipping notification and a call from the carrier to coordinate delivery. Please be flexible with the carrier’s pre-scheduled delivery times.

Estimated Dates: Shipping dates on our website are estimates. While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur.

Additional Fees: Deliveries to islands, rural areas, cul-de-sacs, limited-access roads, or locations where lift-gate/curbside service is not possible—or if the
customer is unavailable for the scheduled delivery—may incur extra charges.

Please note that in case of natural disasters, holidays, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, there may be a slight delay in delivery. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these exceptional circumstances.

Upon shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your order. Please be aware that there are no additional taxes or fees associated with your order.

Address Modification: If you need to modify your shipping address after placing the order, please contact our customer service within one week to make the necessary changes.If there's a need to change the address for sauna delivery, any additional fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Due to our delivery via truck, if after the sauna has arrived at the local station, the truck cannot enter and unload properly due to customer address issues, any forklift or trailer costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items: We take great care in packaging every sauna unit and provide extra padding to ensure safe transportation. However, if you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please make a note on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We will promptly replace any damaged or missing parts free of charge, provided we receive notification within this timeframe. Failure to contact us within 24 hours may result in applicable fees for restocking or replacement, as well as any shipping charges as per the logistics company's bill.
