Disclosure:
Platform and base construction services include labor only. Materials are billed separately based on the customer’s chosen design and site conditions. Customer must ensure the installation area is clear, accessible, and free of underground utilities. Additional work—such as excavation, grading, drainage correction, or structural reinforcement—is not included in the base price and may require a separate quote.
Therma Lux Studio is not responsible for soil movement, settling, or yard conditions that affect long-term platform stability.
